1. Puebla - The city of the Angels

Today we travel to the beautiful city built by Spaniards, exclusively for Spaniards who traveled from the port of Veracruz to Mexico City. Some of the best materials and designs of the time were used in this city and the result was a city which is so beautiful and perfect in its design (for the time) that is believed by tradition that it was built by the sangels.
Some of the most traditional dishes of Mexican food, as well as handicrafts have their origin in Puebla, for example, the "Talavera", mestizo ceramics that has its beginnings since the 16th century. Here they will see closely the whole process to make this traditional ceramics that cannot be called Talavera if it is elaborated elsewhere.
