- Mexico is known as "turtle country", we receive 7 out of the 8 known species of sea turtles and "La Escobilla" near Puerto Escondido is the beach that receives more turtles for egg-laying in the world. It can receive up to 120,000 turtles in a single night.
 One of the most interesting phenomenons in the world is Monarch butterfly migration in the state of Michoacan. Millions and millions of butterflies arrive to the same spot every year, but about 5 generations of butterflies pass between the ones that leave at the end of the winter and the ones that return at the end of Autumn.
 The Barrancas del Cobre Canyon is four times bigger than the Colorado Canyon in the United States and it is filled with indigenous communities, arts and crafts, a wealth of culture, small little towns, natural beauty, Archaeology and incredible sites.
